Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
By using Cazuel you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. By publishing a recipe you grant Cazuel a licence to display it publicly until you unpublish or delete it.
Imported recipes start as private drafts. Before publishing imported material you must confirm you have the right to do so — for example by rewriting it in your own words and using your own photos. Ingredient lists and facts are not protected, but a creator's text and photos usually are.
Acceptable use
Don't publish unlawful, harmful or misleading content, don't infringe others' rights, and don't attempt to abuse, overload or bypass the security of the service, including the import feature.
Copyright and takedown
If you believe a public recipe infringes your rights, use “Report → Copyright / takedown request” on the recipe page with your contact details and a description of the work. We review reports promptly, may unpublish the content while we investigate, and notify the uploader.
Cooking safety
Recipes are provided by users. Check temperatures, allergens and food-safety guidance yourself. Scaled quantities are calculated precisely but cooking times and oven temperatures are never changed automatically.
Service
We may change or suspend features and may suspend accounts that break these terms. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
